cindy, can’t find your email so I’m writing you here. thought you’d like to know that I just drove down english street in wichita near the park and saw your old place. how I love that neighborhood. the homes near the park are gorgeous.
you’ll be jealous but I’m having coffee at the watermark book store doing some work online. we had a ribbon cutting at a property in haysville. anyway, in YOUR honor, I’m drinking the “pride and prejudice” it is a truth universally acknowledged that a single cherry in possession of a good espresso must be in want of chocolate. ok…that’s the drink description…whatever that means! anyway, here’s to you. pretty tasty I’ll have to admit.

Cathy, allow me to enlighten you. I know Austen’s works so well that I don’t even have to look this line up. It is the first line in Pride and Prejudice and goes something along the lines of: “It is a truth universally acknowledged that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife, and upon entering a new county, is considered the rightful property of one family or another.” Thank you for allowing yourself to enjoy the pleasures of the pride and prejudice drink! I am deeply honored.
